Michael Bay is set to ROBOPOCALYSPSE, which sounds cool, till we are reminded by how BORING the Transformers movies got! Dave and Michelle do a KRYPTON REVIEW, and we do a whole piece on the Marvel FRESH START initiative!

There’s reports of Chris Evan as Nomad, some in depth research by Dave (and Dave Warner!) has all the Wolverine sightings, there’s a Han synopsis, and the eternal question – is Spider-Man in the Venom movie?

Dave rants about Batman sobbing, we talk about conventions in Australia, we are sceptical about the He-Man film universe, there’s talk about the Black Widow movie and major digressions about tarantino and his upcoming movie featuring the Manson murders as a backdrop…

Hey gang! It’s a big holiday themed episode of Signal of Doom, and we cover the fantastic 1970’s trade “Batman: Strange Apparitions”, by Steve Englehart and Marshall Rodgers! This is a good one folks! Gothic, moody and magnificent, with the dark of Gptham LIT UP by the magnificent Silver St Cloud! Maybe we are tipping our hand but the boys enjoyed this one!

Also, Dave has a Great New Big Idea, which involves ranking the top 3 Comic Book runs we have discussed on the show in 2017, and also our top 3 genre movies! Don’t worry we also have a Most Disappointing Category as well!

#41: Santa Dave, All Output, No Input, Knights of the Old Republic

Santa Dave is in the HOUSE, along with his HEAD ELF Stew! Stew coins a term for the Signal T-shirt, “All Output, No Input”! There’s a sale on at Kings Comics and the boys revel in the Xmas spirit! Dave is confounded by Knights of the Old Republic, Stew is once again proved wrong on his miscalculations of Harley Quinn’s enormous popularity,  and Stew aka Vicki Vale is subbing in to do the news this week!

Dave has finally caught the Ready Player One trailer, and fantasises about this happening in real life. We debate the career of Dave Bautista, Stew goes into the DEEP WEB to discover Gwen Stew audition tapes, earning Dave’s praise for his HUNGER for news.  We talk the Oceans 8 trailer, and speculate of this gambit movie which is grinding towards actually shooting! Welcome to another episode of Signal of Doom. My brave co-host Stew is suffering from flu but he still punches the clock and gives the Signal his all! He even agrees with Dave 100% about something! This is UNHEARD OF!

The boys talk the Thor: Ragnarok movie in detail, with both spoiler and non spoiler reviews, while also going back in time to Stan & Jack’s original Thor Ragnarok story!

Chuck is doing a comic book for this new universe and also a novel, Vendetta! Chuck had me at the title!

Welcome FRIENDS to another episode of Signal of Doom as Dave and Stew cover Batman vs Predator, Vol 1!  It’s an EPIC episode as the Predator stalks his PREY in Gotham City! Also, Dave makes a bold statement about the current Batman era, high on the strength of the Metal spinoff books, and DEEP in love with Catwoman! We go IN DEPTH on the Black Panther trailer, the awesome possibility of an all female marvel movie,  the Punisher Netflix Show has a RELEASE DATE and a NEW trailer, and Stew is SO EXCITED by the Hasbro shared universe sans Transformers and GI Joe!
