#6: The Curse (Part One), Our Own Channel, Saturn Girl’s haircut, Wildfire rocks, Creator Deathmatch

Adam the Computer and Dave are back with a FRESH INSTALMENT of Legion Outpost! We cover Part One of the Curse by Paul Levitz and Keith Giffen, an extremely absorbing period in Legion of Superheroes history!

We are excited to announce Legion Outpost now has it’s own channel and feed on the Signal of Doom NETWORK, and we plan to KEEP ON COMING WITH THE HITS!

This time around we discuss everything from Saturn Girl’s hair, Mike Grell commissioned pieces, Wildfire’s all round awesomeness, Bob Dylan’s deal, Dream Girl’s capable leadership, Timberwolf’s grumpiness, and Adam the Computer is there to remind Dave what actually happened in Great Darkness Saga, which preceded this volume!

Plus Adam talks Mount Rushmore, Dave talks Creator Deathmatch!

Special Krisis Episode – Len Wen Tribute

Hi guys, just a short Krisis in the Kremlin episode as the Signal pays tribute to the great Len Wein, sadly departed Sept 10 2017. Len was a giant of the comic book industry, the co-creator of Wolverine, NightCrawler, Storm and Colossus, amongst MANY others, an acclaimed writer on titles such as Swamp Thing and Spider-Man, an editor with acclaimed works such as Watchmen and Saga of the Swamp thing produced under his stewardship, and an all time beacon of good ideas and professionalism inside the industry. To say he will be sorely missed is an understatement. Here at the Signal we are heartbroken by Len’s passing but seek comfort and grace in the great work he left behind. Our thoughts are with his family and friends. RIP Len. Thank you for all the great work. xxx
